
Summer Water Polo
Learn the fundamentals of water polo, including body position, throwing, catching, and shooting in DACA's summer water polo programs offered at Saratoga High School and Westmont High School. The water polo programs are open to all skill levels (novice through advanced). A week-long camp and summer session will focus on skill/technical development and water polo specific conditioning.
Water Polo Camp
DACA’s summer water polo camp at Saratoga High School is open to children of all skill levels, ages 7-14. Participants must be able to swim 50 yards (without stopping) and tread water for 1:00 minute.
Learn the fundamentals of water polo, including body position, throwing, catching, and shooting in a fun camp environment. Water polo conditioning is also a great way to improve swimming skills!

Camp participants should bring a swimsuit, towel, water, sunscreen, and a snack.

Our summer water polo session will focus on teaching the fundamentals of water polo, including body position, throwing, catching, and shooting. This is the perfect way to get started or grow your water polo skills and improve your swimming at the same time!
